The best and worst parts

The views from the deluxe double room were breathtaking. The attention to detail, especially the birthday surprise, showcased outstanding service. Enjoying the outdoor hot tub was a highlight of our relaxing stay!

Unfortunately, we experienced delays with our meal orders and had issues with service attentiveness. The spa had limited availability, making it difficult to enjoy our treatments as planned.

I had a lovely stay in the deluxe double room with a river view, where waking up to stunning sights and enjoying the soft sounds of the river made every morning delightful. plus, being a short stroll from Saint Muredach's Cathedral gave me the perfect opportunity to dive into some local history while I wandered the charming streets of Ballina.

We had a fab time at the hotel! The deluxe double room with a river view was breathtaking. I loved taking long walks with my family and our service dog along the river. The spa treatments really topped off our experience—it was so relaxing!
